Add and Manage an Order

Managing an order in the app involves 4 easy steps:

βœ… Step 1: Create a Client and Agent
Create Client and Agent

1. Click on the β€œClient” button in the menu.

2. A modal window will open β€” click β€œCreate a Client.”

3. Enter the client’s details such as name, company info, and contact information.

4. Click β€œSubmit.”

Once the client is created, you’ll need to add an Agent:

  • An Agent is the person from the client’s team who places the order.
  • A client can have multiple agents.

To add an agent: Enter the agent’s full name and contact info, then submit.


πŸ“¦ Step 2: Add a New Order

1. Click the β€œNew Order” button in the main dashboard.

2. A modal will open β€” fill in the order details (client, agent, PO number, dimensions, etc.).

3. Once everything is filled out, click β€œCreate Order.”

The new order will appear immediately in the Current Orders panel.


πŸ”„ Step 3: Manage Fulfillment Progress
Create Client and Agent

After creating the order, you can begin managing its progress:

  • Update the Order Status (e.g., In Production, Ready, Shipped).
  • Add internal notes or files if needed.
  • Assign the order to a team member or update the due date.

Every status update helps your team and the client stay aligned.


πŸ“¬ Step 4: Notify the Client

Once the order is ready or completed:

  • Use the notification button to automatically notify the client.
  • You can also send a summary or download a copy of the order for internal records.

This step keeps your client informed and improves communication.
